Structures – a tool to keep Calm and Focused

Hi, this is Jodi Sleeper Triplett, president of JST Coaching LLC. Today I’d like to share with you the idea of a structure, and a structure is different than structure. 

In coaching, we provide structure to our clients especially those who have difficulty planning, managing time and getting themselves organized. What I am talking about is a structure like my blue heart. Blue is really calming for me and this is a structure. So when I want to be in a position of calm, focus and centeredness, I have my structure to hold onto to help me stay calm and focused. This cost me maybe ten dollars and there are lots of little stones, worry stones, colored rocks or maybe you find a shell or a polished rock on the beach. It just needs to be something that is important for you that is not expensive but helps you to become centered.

Go out and take a look, find something that really speaks to you and works the way that my blue heart works for me.
