Ana Isabel Sánchez is an attorney and certified life coach, ADHD coach trainer, and workshop/seminar facilitator. Using wisdom, sensitivity, and humor, Ana effectively co-creates a unique coaching partnership with each client to assist in exploring and discovering strengths and uniqueness! Her strong organization skills, active mindfulness personal practice and training, and witty ability to think outside the box attracts high school, college and law school students to her practice. Ana Isabel spent the first part of her professional life working in Latin America with USAID, World Bank, and other international organizations designing, implementing and supervising projects to strengthen human rights and promote democracy. Her second career emerged as she volunteered at schools and noticed first-hand how some students were able to deal with academic and social challenges in a resilient way, rebounding empowered by experiences. This discovery lead her to explore her newfound passion, allowing her to combine raising two sons with her wish to help others work from an “I am Able” perspective. Life Coaching allows Ana Isabel the opportunity to bring all her skills and personality into one core mission: to help young adults embrace their uniqueness, shine a light on their strengths while stepping into bigger spaces and taking active ownership of their lives in a mindful manner. With a great dose of caring and unconditional acceptance, Ana inspires people to move beyond the barriers that have held them back. Ana is a certified Co-Active Coach and a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Training Program through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
