ADHD Awareness – Learn the Facts, Dispel the Myths

October is ADHD Awareness Month with activities starting today!  Starting off the month is the Virtual AD/HD Conference, where I will be speaking today, October 1st at 11:30 AM ET on Managing the Challenges of Life Transitions for Young Adults with ADHD. I will discuss strategies for students, parents and coaches.  Of course, getting an ADHD coach is one GREAT strategy!

This annual conference runs for four days at a great price. Listen and learn from the comfort of your own home.  Speakers include Melissa Orlov; Tara McGillicuddy; Wilma Fellman; Rob Tudisco; Mark Bertin, MD; Roberto Olivardia, PhD and Ari Tuckman, PsyD, MBA. And, that’s just a sampling.

I encourage you to check it out and get a running start on ADHD Awareness Month.  By learning about ADHD, the problems that can arise and the strategies for success, you can help yourself, your children, spouse or partner and support the millions of people with ADHD worldwide.

Wishing you a wonderful week filled with learning and fun!
